    Claims and corrections

    To claim a business listing, use the claim option on the relevant listing where available. For corrections, provide the listing URL, the information that is incorrect, the correct information and a source or reasonable evidence where possible. We may request proof of identity or authority before changing ownership or sensitive business information.

    Billing and cancellation requests

    For an order or payment enquiry, include the order number, account email address and a short explanation. Do not send full card or banking credentials. Cancellation and refund requests are considered under the Terms and Conditions and applicable South African law.
